EASE meeting in Prague

EASE meeting in Prague

Last week, the project partners of the project "Empowering Adult Survivors of domestic violence through Entrepreneurship" (EASE) with Munich Business School around Professors Dr Patricia Kraft and Dr Barbara Scheck as leading and coordinating institution, met at the University of New York in Prague for a status quo meeting .

The project is currently at its peak. In the Czech Republic, Bulgaria and France, the 5-month training program, during which the women affected by domestic violence received hard skill and soft skill courses and intensive 1:1 mentoring and coaching, is currently coming to a close. The project aims to support women's rehabilitation and professional reintegration through training and mentoring programs in the start-up/entrepreneurship sector. It is all the more gratifying to see that the women have developed some promising business ideas.

The meeting in Prague also gathered initial feedback and discussed further development and dissemination of the program.

Meeting our partners from the universities IPAG Business School (France) and the University of New York in Prague (Czech Republic), the think tank ThinkYoung (Belgium) and the NGOs Led By HER (France) and the Bulgarian Gender Research Foundation (Bulgaria) was a pleasure. See you next time!
